Do I pay for shipping?

Shipping is currently free when purchasing directly from the site!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping 2-3 business days once your order is placed.

Does My Burger Buddy ship internationally?

My Burger Buddy does not ship internationally, but we will send to APO’s.

What is My Burger Buddy’s Return Policy?

 My Burger Buddy is proud of our American designed and made products and we hope you are always happy with your purchase.  If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and in its original box.

 All original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment.  My Burger Buddy does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products.

For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.  You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items.  We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.

Packages returned to our warehouse as unclaimed, undeliverable, no access, wrong address provided, expired forwarding address or no mail receptacle will be automatically refunded minus any original shipping charges and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  All refunds are made back to the original payment method used when the order was placed.
